Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Regular Post: Shipping is free for all orders over $25. Orders below $25 will incur a flat rate shipping charge of $9.95. We arrange delivery of your purchases through Australia Post. We will send you a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including a tracking number so you can track the progress of your delivery. Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery, although you will generally receive your products sooner depending upon the time of purchase and your delivery address.

Express Post: Shipping costs $14.95 and we arrange delivery of your purchases using Australia Post. Delivery time is 1-2 business days, however if your delivery address is not within Australia Post's Express Post Network you may need to allow a few extra days.

Important note: All orders are sent from Melbourne so if you live in WA, NT, Far North Queensland or remote rural areas you may need to allow a few extra days for postage.


SHIPPING OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA

Shipping charges are calculated in the shopping cart before you proceed to checkout. We arrange delivery of your purchases by Air Mail through Australia Post. We will send you a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including a tracking number so you can track the progress of your delivery. Deliveries to most locations should be received in 7 - 14 days.

Important note: It is the customer’s responsibility to pay any overseas customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees that may be imposed. Check with your local customs office if you need more information.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to be totally happy with your purchases from Groomy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please email us within 5 days of your order's arrival. We will then provide you with details on how to return your items.

We will exchange or provide a credit note for any item, given that it is returned to us in the same condition as at the time of purchase. Unfortunately, we can not cover any postage costs for change of mind.

In the event of the items being incorrect or faulty, you may either exchange or refund and we will cover all postage costs.
